JAM is the brain child of John Sudhakar, a multi-faceted musician in Chennai with twenty years of experience in music education. He started learning music under Late Padmashri Handel Manuel. Over the years he has become an accomplished composer, arranger, conductor, and teacher. His compositions include corporate anthems, spiritual melodies and children’s songs. John has worked extensively with Church choirs, youth groups, and kids. He has participated at various music workshops / seminars in Canada, USA, South Africa and UK.

The other faculty on board are well qualified and experienced instructors. Together they have coached many students for TRINITY grade exams. This includes students, working professionals, house wives and even retired people.

Music learning has several advantages which is why a lot of people pursue and benefit from it. While some take music as a mere hobby or stress reliever the others look at it more seriously. The introduction of modern training methods in music education has made learning even more interesting. There is also an increasing desire among students to study music in depth and this makes theory learning essential. Theory helps you to develop a comprehensive understanding of the subject.

The Academy specialises in VOCAL (Rock & Pop), ELECTRONIC KEYBOARD (Rock & Pop) and MUSIC THEORY with course certification (optional) through grade exams conducted by Trinity College London. These exams provide the scope for structured development in both contemporary and conventional learning streams. Above all, the choice of studio sessions, live performances and exposure to online medium makes the study more exciting and practical at JAM.
